Deposit and kickoff
You approve the plan and pay the setup fee. We book the kickoff call for the same week.
The kickoff call
Twenty minutes. Your services, your service area, your hours, your prices, how you want calls handled, and what your customers actually ask you. We record it so you only say it once.
We build
Site, phone line, Mia's training, lead routing and automation. You hear from us twice: once with the draft site, once when Mia is ready to test.
You review
One round of changes on the site, and a test conversation with Mia. Tell us what she got wrong and we retrain her.
Launch
We connect your domain, run every path end to end, and go live. Nothing switches over until it's tested.
The first thirty days
We watch the calls and leads closely, tune Mia on what real customers actually say, and send you the first monthly report.
What we'll ask you for
- Your logo, if you have one in a usable file.
- Photos of your work, your team, or your space.
- Services and prices — a rough list is fine.
- Hours, service area and how you want after-hours calls handled.
- Domain access, or the go-ahead to register one for you.
