If you already have a website, we usually do not recommend keeping the existing site. NEWNOW is designed as a complete system, and connecting an older website to only part of it creates limitations and an inconsistent customer experience. We normally build a new NEWNOW website around your business and connect the technology correctly from the start — while your current site stays online until the new one is approved.
Yes, absolutely. You keep the same domain name. We build your new NEWNOW website separately while your current website remains online, and once the new system is approved we connect your domain to it. Your customers keep using the web address they already know.
Yes. Your AI receptionist can be configured to communicate in English and Spanish and respond in the customer's language.

NEWNOW Launch starts at $2,500 and NEWNOW Managed is $299 a month for a standard level of use. Most standard systems launch in 3–7 business days once we have what we need from you. Custom integrations, advanced features or delayed materials may require additional time, and your timeline is confirmed before we begin.
